Tata Motors has once again created a stir in the Indian automobile market with its sixth electric car Harrier EV. In a detailed range test and drive review done by Gaadiwaadi.com channel, this all-wheel drive electric SUV proved that it is unmatched not only in style but also in performance and range.
In this real-world drive test conducted on the Faridabad to Mumbai Expressway, the Harrier EV covered a distance of 415 kms including a range of around 390 kms with AC on at 95% battery and a range of up to 26 kms without AC in the last 5% battery.
Harrier EV is India’s first 4×4 electric SUV, whose top variant offers 504 Nm of torque and 396 PS of power. This vehicle comes with driving modes like Eco, Sport and Regeneration, which make it very controlled and comfortable.
During the drive, the stability, sound insulation and suspension quality of the Harrier EV performed brilliantly even at an average speed of 90-100 km/h. Its new MTVC suspension, low rolling resistance tyres and silent cabin made the ride completely smooth.
Features like premium interior quality, comfortable seating, ADAS features, Alexa integration, Auto Park Assist, and 50 meter automatic reverse of Harrier EV have made it excellent in the electric segment.
With a starting price of ₹ 21 lakh and a top variant priced at ₹ 29 lakh, the Harrier EV competes with the MG ZS EV and the Hyundai Creta EV in the segment – and even beats them in many respects.
Tata Harrier EV not only offers a long range but also offers a perfect combination of safety, technology and luxury. If you are looking for a reliable, powerful and stylish electric SUV, then Harrier EV can prove to be a perfect choice.
